You might want to maybe try L'oreal's True Match. It has sparkly shit in it, but it was the closest I've found for my complexion (although still not perfect).

Unfortunately I couldn't tell you, but it conceals my undereye bags fairly well. I haven't tried any of these yet but Korean makeup tends to carry lighter shades.
