Has potential. Hmmmmmm

Well, still waiting on those gorgeous symphonies our lovely NEETs claim to be writing on a daily basis.
>>27082771
actual musician here.
I'll try something, looks like fun
>>27082362
That's a fun idea. It reminds me of those [s4s] OC albumes and I don't see why /r9k/ can't have a similar thing.
>>27082362
I'd rather usepxtone
how do you make a clip longer than a bar in this?
>>27082998
Is this your first time on a computer ?
There's a help button if you can't figure shit out by yourself.

>implying I havent checked that already
I wouldnt ask if it was there
>>27082934
Huh. I just tried the browser version, and it seems to work pretty similarly to PxTone. Pxtone has more features, and you can create/import your own instruments, but doesn't have an in-program tutorial. I'd still probably recommend it, if anyone here wants to use something, since the ability to change the volume of each individual note and use pitch slides is really useful.
On the plus side, Bosca Ceoil has a hilariously awkward sounding swing feature. Might be because I wrote something that sounds really terrible if you swing it, though.
Souce: someone who can't finish a single song he tries to write
I tried,
It is pretty decent. Kinda sad you cant make the patterns longer but whatever.
I FUCKING HATE THE SOUNDS THOUGH
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I like the harmony on that actually. With a pretty decent melody you could take it places.
Can you not add more patterns to the right of what you wrote?
>>27084520
I could, I hate this program though. making melodies on this is time consuming.
>>27084553
I'd suggest PxTone. The default instruments might be only around the same quality as the ones in bosca ceoil, but not only are there programs in pxtone you can use to make your own, but you can just import .wav or .ogg samples.
Plus the tracker is way better.

Is there an online version? I dont feel like downloading another piece of software when I already have some
>>27084692
Nah, there isn't. Program was last updated 6 years ago, anyway, so there probably won't be one.
It's a really lightweight download, though.
>>27084801
I already have another program. so no thank you.
still interesting though
