yea.. a subnet ip... not routing ip
>>27077187
is there any way I can switch routing IP if worst comes to worst and I am banned for someone else's shitty posts?

-use a proxy or vpn
-if you have mobile data then tether
-learn where the access point is and release / renew the connection / turn it off and on
>>27077263
make sure you've cleared browser history / any cookies from 4chan before reconnecting with new ip too
I used to come across permabans for cp on my uni's subnet all the time.
>I am pretty sure my university assigns each machine a static IP
Don't think they have enough IPs for that.
if you have a small computer at home you could set it up as a server and use a php proxy or set it up as a vpn too.

details one way for webproxy
for vpn just look up how to set up a vpn.
you can also get hosting on the cheap from places like digitalocean for like 5$ mo.. if you dont want to just pay for any of the vast numbers of actual vpns or make your own
its not difficult but it may take a little bit of time.
