Your skin gets very dry if you don't moisterize and as long as you're not sweating or oily in any way, you won't particularly smell.
I don't recommend wearing the same clothing/socks over and over again because that ends up soaking up the bad smells and starts to stink. I periodically change shirts, pants and underwear to not sit in my own filth.
However, I did that during one of my NEET phases. Now I take a shower at least every 2 or 3 weeks because I don't go outside for very long and because I wear repeat clothing for work.
I apply deodorant under my pits just in case I get nervous sweats.
