The whole reason normies wagecuck is to feed their families, party on the weekend with friends, go on vacations, etc. Now, in this case the wagecucking is justified, as these other things provide them with enough fulfillment and meaning to make the work tolerable.
There's nothing sadder than the guy who depressingly drives to work each day only to go back home with no one to greet him and no friends to hang out with. If you're a NEET, your idea of entertainment is usually pretty simple. Vidya, porn, books, internet, etc. I feel like a lot of people in this generation just have no sense of direction, and it is more or less too late for them. They'll be miserable in whatever they end up doing, so dwelling in their perpetually arrested development is the only option without propelling them to misery.
