Wake up 4pm today on wednesday then want to sleep at 9am on thursday, but stay up until like 10pm (30 hours double the normal waking time) and fall asleep. Sleep for about 3 hours and wake up at 1am vomiting and in intense pain. Stay up for about an hour crying from it. Manage to pass out again at 2am. Sleep for another hour and then wake up in pain again for another hour and go back to sleep at 4am. Sleep for 2 more hours. Get 6 hours of sleep. Go back to work etc. Body still says its time to sleep 3 hours later at 9am. Repeat the cycle etc. Assuming no further obligations fuck it up even more.
