How do you do significantly more push ups than sit ups?
I've been doing these two for over 3 months every day now.
It took me a around a month and a half to get to the point of effortless sit ups. Before I couldn't do it without waving my arms to boost myself up. I started at around 10 push ups and ~20 sit ups.

probably becuase my abbs are weak as shit, where as i've got a developed upper body. Never worked abbs because i'd told myself my compounds were enough.

When I wrestled I could do 500 pushups if I rested with my butt in the air. Could probably do 250 without breaking position. Most amount of pull ups I've ever done is 47. There seem impressive but I'm a mega ultra turbomanlet so calisthenics are easy
