Why aren't you working out? It won't fix all your problems but it will fix a good number of them.

He looks like someone slathered him in peanut butter
>>27005634
No.
-Guy that works out 6 days a week
>>27005603
Really? Does working out fix facial scarring, social skills, or change your facial features? Because those are my main problems.
>>27005603
Too depressed
too much effort for something that won't even help me or make me feel good
I do cardio a few times a week and that's enough for me, lifting is bullshit and only serves as a multiplier for the attractive
>>27005603
"why don't you lift" thread #532251
because it will turn me into a loser who can lift heavier things and has more muscle mass, nothing more. I still do it for fun though.
>>27007099
Exercise can help boost your seratonin levels. Won't stop you from being depressed, but might help a little if you keep up with it
>>27007598
this is a meme
I tried this and I just ended up sad AND tired
ITT:
>it's not instant gratification and effort towards anything that isn't instant is scary and hard
>>27007940
ITT: lifting will not improve my quality of life in any way
>>27007055
It will make those issues not really matter because your rocking bod will outweigh the negatives
I weighed myself a few weeks ago and i was 205. That was the first time i have ever weighed over 200 so it kinda got me sad. I started dieting and doing cardio/ body exercises and im already down to 190 and im overall feeling a lot better. Being fit is great
>>27005648
Nah, /fit/ is full of the same failures as /r9k/.
But they're in shape and that's a good thing- it just won't make you a winner by default.
>>27008105
>your rocking bod will outweigh the negatives
Then why is /fit/ filled with robots?
>>27005603
am 5'5,
that's why
>>27008180
/fit/ is full of faggots, not robots
/fit/ is by far the gayest board even gayer than /lgbt/
I can't even commit to video games, how am I supposed to commit to something that's going to take so long?
6 Weeks ago I was 260 now I'm 234
I have become more social.
Feel better about myself and shirt and pants are loose and not tight.
Wish me luck lads.
