Anyone else feel nostalgic for pre-00s girls? It feels like the age before hardcore internet porn became a normal thing for teens was the last time women in our society had any sense of innocence. I can remember growing up with girls in their teens who thought sex was scary and men were scary, girls that thought porn was disgusting. Their idea of a boyfriend was some dude you held hands with and kissed. Seems almost idyllic when you look at the sorts of girls on 4chan these days in their teens.
Looking back on them, I wish those sorts of girls still existed.

I watched Mondaiji-tachi anime yesterday to catch up after reading vol 1 and 2 of the light novel, right now I'm not watching anything in particular, I've been stalling stuff since last summer because I moved to a capped internet connection and can't torrent much, it really sucks.

Sadly I never met any girl like that, though there were some polite, reserved and elegant girls in the high school I attended, yet all of them had a boyfriend.

The Old Man and the Sea. Hemingway is an eloquent writer with an interesting style, yet the meaning which I expect any prominent work to convey seems to be not there, or it flies over my head. This was also the case with "The Sun Also Rises". I enjoyed the story, but its purpose is confusing. I'll go with the conventional interpretation regarding the aimlessness of a lost generation since it seems most likely.

Somewhat. I'm nostalgic for the days before puberty where I was able to interact normally with females, as I wasn't obstructed by desire or frustration. After the loss of innocence, there's no viewing females the same way, & there's no them viewing you the same, either.

Reading old comic books. Read some 80s and 90s x men. Reading some Jonah hex right now. Jonah hex and Sgt. Rock still stand up. The xmen doesn't. It suffers some of that 90s extreme art from that era.
Just caught up watching flash. Started the new season of house of cards. Finished watching the old justice league and batman tas cartoons. They still hold up very well.
Not really playing anything. Finished fallout 4 2 months ago and want to do another faction but kind of got burned out on it already and put it off.
Feel like any other robot. Isolated unloved and generally depressed. Physical withdrawals from ssris is awful.
