Pannenkoek2012, disregarding the cancerous /v/ memes surrounding him, is actually very entertaining if you've ever played Super Mario 64. I wish there were more gaming channels like his, where they pick apart games from a technical standpoint. Beta64 (which is literally tcrf in video format, at least he admits it though) and various speedrunning channels do this too, but not as well. While I'm on the subject of gaming, MatthewMatosis is probably the only video game reviewer on YouTube that doesn't have shit opinions.
Vsauce is good even if his community is cancer; CGPGrey is ok too. It's pop-science shit though so its usually more about presentation than content, especially in CGP's case.
