If you clean Rosolli off the floor, it's always one drink per rosolli. However, Laarnios, which are basically face cards, can multiply that amount; for example, getting fucked up by a second degree Laarnio (basically a queen) means you have to drink your current stack (your chairs plus all rosollis on those chairs) double - so if you had, say, 3 charis on top of which 2 Rosolli, youd drink 12 sips ((3 + 2 + the queen)*2)

Also, Rosolli-Laarnio is a speed game - there's usually a designated dealer to make sure the actual players are able to play and drink fast enough.
