What I would say if I was in this situation for some reason.

Unfortunately for me though, I don't like going to the gym so I don't have a six pack, and I also have bad gyno which was all but out of my control, and the methods I did have to control it were things that of course no young teenager would know about/value for the future.
In reality I would never be in this situation, I don't go out in public, I don't swim in public, and even if I did I would just suck in my stomach a little bit and take off my shirt. I look only slightly worse than average.

I sleep with dirty as sheets and rarely change them but I've never had problems on my face or anything, it's really 90% my back. I'm using some topical antifungal shampoos that seems to be controlling it pretty well right now. I just have the occasional pimple and a ton of shitty scarring and hyper pigmentation that will hopefully fade. I'm really bitter about the 13 years I've been seeing derms who've been calling it straight acne though.

Bacne guy here, THANK GOD my face has almost always been crystal clear so no one was ever really aware of it except closer friends. It did and still does totally affect me on a subconscious level though. And I'm absolutely certain it's been a big reason women always leave me a few weeks after sleeping with me the first time.
But, in normal social interaction I've never had to worry too much about it except the beach or whatever, which is kinda shitty cause I grew up in a beach town.

I was on Accutane for 2-ish almost 3 years, and even then it didn't completely go away. However a few years later it just started to stop.
But man do I have IBS now. I had to change my diet as well. Most meat and fried food is out, same deal with other food high in fat and carbs.
