I suggest going to a local ACA meeting. It has helped me tremendously. You will find human connection beyond anything r9k can provide, because those people meet face to face under an established guidelines. You can share freely without being shat on, and take part of likeminded people doing the same. You'll find people who've changed their lives through their program, they'll inspire you to get well too.
ACA's a 12 step program, but even if you don't buy the spiritual stuff you're welcome to the meetings. You need to break your isolation, dude. Good luck.
