Wasn't anything crazy, just kind of messed with my motor fuctions a bit.
Make sure you inhale properly. I just held my nose and sucked in the smoke through my mouth, then suck in a little extra air to push it into your lungs. Then just hold it in your lungs for 5-8 seconds and blow out. If you did it right, smoke should come out your mouth.
