My posture is actually pretty spot on. I do use my pc all the time but I also run, do yoga, and lift. Shit will fix your shit up nicely. I automatically walk with my chest bowed out and arms rolled back automatically. I also feel a greater connection to my glutes. Sounds weird but it's like a power radiating from my hips constantly. Posterior chain activation is better than sex. Deadlifts are olev.

I got a great posture and I browse my computer all day. I just sleep and walk with a straight back. It takes effort but it works.
