The white shoes do serve as a good starting point, but I've seen hundreds of threads stating they are autistic. I personally believe we should focus on identifying other shoes (and even clothing) that are also autistic. As time changes, so do socially acceptable styles. I don't feel the need to discuss the autistic army boots because someone already has, and I'm bored of discussing the white shoes.
