Who /psychotic/ here? I hallucinated yesterday for the first time in weeks after starting abilify. Does that mean I need to up my dose?

Heh, I often have thoughts that I'm probably speaking up my thoughts out loud even though my mouth is shut and that everyome can see what's on my mind. I know that's stupid but it makes me incredibly nervous.

it's like real. it has varying clarity/volume as they get closer. it might just be me not seeing them move their mouth. it wouldn't surprise me if everyone was laughing at me.
