Hey guys, is there any good anxiety medication you can just buy off the internet or from a chemist? I really want something because I'm planning on working soon and get really bad social anxiety around strangers, but I can't bring myself to go to the doctor (because of the social anxiety), so if I could get some non-prescription shit that would be great

It's called malt liquor OP

Somehow I don't think that would be a very effective method of being able to function in social situations
Do threads not bump on this board? Never noticed before

i take st.johns wort and its pretty good. also heard good shit about:
> L-Theanine
> vitamin D/B, omega fish oil (just diet sups)
> phenibut
> kratom
normie tier is just cigarettes/booze/weed
>>26672909
Or you could just stop being a whiny bitch and post some huskies
>>26672909
Might try those out, I do smoke cancer sticks and weed but they really don't seem to have any affect on social anxiety, alcohol does but only while you're fucked

Unfortunately the only thing that currently works against anxiety without any bothersome side-effects is exercise.
Anxiety issues are hell and are often very treatment resistant. I believe they exist on a fundamental level of brain function which is why so many seemingly different issues stem from them (OCD, social phobia and so on. There are apparently connections to schizophrenia and dopamine function too).

there are plenty of benzo analogues you can buy, they're habit forming and can cause horrible withdrawal, but they work well
some examples
>etizolam
>clonazolam
>flubrazolam
there's also some other stuff out there, some good ones in my experience:
>phenibut, works well, but is addictive
>kava kava, pretty mild, but not horrible
>theanine, mild but effective, great with caffeine
>kratom, addictive, works really well
>picamilon, haven't tried it, I've heard it's underwhelming
>tianeptine, it didn't do much for me
>aniracetam, worked pretty well, fairly mild
look around nootropics websites, there are plenty that are supposedly anxiolytic
>>26673168
I did kind of forget about that, I might start going on more walks and such
>>26673271
God damn, well I don't want something too addictive, I'll look into all that, thanks
Huskies don't need drugs because they're just naturally badass motherfuckers.
