I suffer from nodular acne - those deep, under-the-skin pimples that are painful and have no head. I have to buy lancets normally used by diabetics so I can stab my pimples and drain them.
It's not as bad as OP pic, but it's the worst of anyone I know. I can't even go for a casual faff in public because I'm so self-conscious.

It sure got rid of my acne, but I ended up massively depressed and had a massive personality change because of the accutane
It comes with an entire warning sheet of mental issues it can cause and I seem to have gotten a good roll on that sheet, my new found shittyness eventually led to my finding /r9k/
overall it screwed me and I wish I could just go back to cystic acne

Not even rubbing alcohol works, then I started getting acne on my scalp and all over my had, that was when I realized I had an issue.
I've taken antiboitics for it for about 4 years now. I want to get off the antiobitics because it's not really good for your body to be on it for a long period of time
you cant be eating meat and dairy products and expect your skin to be acne free. fucked up skin is a result of poor dietary choices that trigger problematic skin genes (if you have them). eat high carb low fat vegan food for a year and see your skin changing for the better unquestionably.
