From my personal experience with MMOs and other communities, females will always always lead to drama. 4chan in general is different, because we're anonymous, but even 4chan isn't invulnerable to female drama. A lot of boards have offshoot communities that influence the board: a recent example is some drama cunt that started DMCAing other anime subgroups because she was buttmad.
It baffles me that females don't have their own communities and constantly have to invade male communities as well. I don't know if its just because women don't like each other or they don't have any organizational skills or what.
I personally try to keep them at an arms length when I have to interact with them. Overall though, I think its moot to try to keep people away from a board that's sparsely moderated.
