I mean this white guy for instance. He's not bad looking, but something about his face isn't really that great, even though he has amazing and a good bone structure, it's giving this michael cera feel.
Is it just having one really good, strong feature? Like nice eyes? Or a couple?

Besides the nose, you want a good strong and masculine jawline. Other things: short masculine haircut (very few men can pull off long hair without looking like the local druggie), blue or green eyes, well trimmed facial hair, and lips that aren't huge (i.e. not nigger bootlips).
Next comes the body. This one is obvious. You should be lean and muscular. Not too skinny and not fat.
Finally is just common sense cleanliness and maintenance. Trim your finger nails and toe nails, wash (and condition) your hair so it's not greasy, dress like an adult (and not like an autistic manchild), make sure to shave your neck of any hair, etc..

I've tried different conditioners, but most of them have that weird "greasiness" to them afterwards. Head and shoulders is usually what I resort to, and it gives my hair that lightness to it despite it being really thick.
