Stop hanging out with negative people who jokingly put you down all the time (clown on you, play too much, other black etc)
If you're going for non-black "nice" girls, you're gonna have to drop all the black memes (sorry if that sounds racist but it works according to black people I know). Just talking to women, most girls don't find afros, braids, or dreadlocks "actually" attractive- It's just cool meme hair (cool =/= attractive). Your best bet is little to no hair or buying a wig (very similar to the black girl path).
After that it's just a matter of following the regular robot path to success and avoiding the basketrapamerican memes unless the people around you really enjoy them.

Maybe it's the people you hang around. I know a lot of white, black, or whatever girls who like black guys with dreads, afros, braids, fades, etc. The point I'm trying to make here is hair is not a factor as long as it looks nice and clean.
Honestly my parents didn't want me to cut my hair and I regret doing it. I had such nice long hair. I didn't know what I could do with it because I was young and ignorant. I'm attempting to growing it back now but that's gonna take at least 2 years.
