Did a year in county jail. I should be in prison right now because I caught 3 felony sales charges all in the same day. sold to an undercover and then got pulled over, got another felony sales charge because of the amount of drugs I had on me and then they raided my house and found even more resulting in the 3rd sales charge. That's basically my story, I didn't go to trial because I didn't have money for an attorney and there's no way I'm trusting a public pretender to actually fight for me. Drug court wouldn't accept me because of the severity of the charges, 1st degree sales and 2x 2nd degree sales charges.
My best bet is to continue act like I'm playing in straight and maybe make it to unsupervised probation in 5 years or something.
