Easily The Construct.
You could start off by copy/pasting our current universe, but with 1 extra earth-like planet, with people just like human beings, but a tiny bit different, and find a way to help them collide. Then you just watch it unfold.
It would never get boring, there's literally limitless possibilities, like making a Rick & Morty universe, any universe from any game, any anime, anything. My only question is, could you make a universe where when people die they get to be Great Observers/Live in Eternal Paradise/become The Construct?
Or is stuck to only you?And if you can let people choose to be Great Observers, couldn't it technically get to the point where everyone currently living in the world has had their life lived by someone dead? Does that make them undead?
And if you become The Construct, and you can let other people be The Construct, just in different dimensions or whatever, since The Construct is all knowing, would you be able to know there is other constructs?
