Honestly just dont fuck over youself with your anger. I smashed a door in at work a year ago and got fired. It's depressing but in a way it was great to just feel the emptyness it resulted in. It made me funnel my angryness into motivation and now I'm moving to denmark (from sweden) solo to find work and restart my life, which is crazy but exiting!
If you're able leash out your anger somewhere when it doesnt hurt yourself or people you actually care about, you should
