I have very little teeth because I had to get operated when I was a kid. , a tooth grew on the roof of my mouth and they had to remove all of my teeth for some reason, so when my teeth grew back, they conserved this kid size.

Also, how does the sadistic dentist thing even work? I trust my father (a classic man's man) 100% when he says his dentist took out some frustration on his mouth when dad insisted there was a tooth fragment remaining which the dentist disagreed with. I'd probably fuck somebody up for proving me wrong too but I'm also not capable enough to become a dentist because people would sense that vibe from me. It's unfortunate but people like that exist quite a bit in dentistry especially if the area is very bustling with business it becomes like a manufacturing line by law they're fine unless people like your dad can prove neglect to the regulating board. That's why if unhappy I would always advise to make a complaint if I think they have a case. (I work in hospital sector as specialist so I get quite a few referrals from gdp )
