Im too smart for it. I realize that what the actual objective reality of the situation is that I am lifting something and then setting it down, allowing my muscles to tear and slowly callous over to become larger and more dense.

Its a useless exercise (and the pun is not intended, as puns are a shallow and banal form of humor) for someone like me, who realizes how much of society tries to program us to follow base animalistic behaviors like preening or signaling.

Id arther live a more enlightened life. I listen to podcasts and play video games that are steps towards a simulation that we will be able to download our conciousnesses into (such as what was shown in SOMA).

But by all means, make sure your muscles are large and that you eat plenty of Health Food (TM): its "your" decision to do so, isn't it?

you need to buy personal trainer so you wont waste 15 years of your life going through library of bad info, not going anywhere&ruining your body.

personal trainer costs 1500dickdollars/europoors / 6 months. 3000 for a year.
plus the training food+supplements which is atleast same(3000-6000) per year if not more, so you need 6-10k in total at bank first to surely have the money.

after first year you dont need personal trainer anymore, since you have sucked all the info like a sponge, then it gets cheaper. but progress also gets slower. but with personal trainer, youd be fuckable in a year. bank money up first to do it right&safe&optimally from the first second with personal trainer.

All these queers complaining about being afraid to go gym, I've been working out at home for the past good few weeks. Only have an EZ bar, Straight bar, and about 75kg in weights, and 30kg weighted vest.

I'm eating 2700 calories a day, sometimes 3000, 5th week already noticed improvements. Shoulder more broad (it's all the way back now) i suspect from OHP. Legs getting bigger, arms getting bigger from weighted pull-ups and the works etc.. I'm doing SS, picture is a 95kg squat, since then I'm at 96kg. I up by 1-2kg each week on all exercises, OHP i take slower.

Few months from now I'll look decent, since I'm on a clean bulk and not like most of the failed fat faggots who did SS.
