>turn in tax gold to Socucius (optional glitch: kill Faryn Gilnith and keep the 200 gold from the tax collector plus the 500 gold as a reward)
>talk to woman at lighthouse about tax collector
>take the Wraith's Wedding Dowry book for 300 easy gold upstairs
>wait for Fargoth to go to his hiding place from top of lighthouse and take his stuff
>kill tax collector's murderer, Faryn Gilnith
>turn in or keep gold from Hrisskar
>go back to Socucius for 500 gold
>optional: turn in Processus' ring to woman at lighthouse
>clear the cave nearby for Thief's ring and some other sellables
>free the slaves for some good karma
>move on to Balmora
