You can try though. I think the most important aspect of European paganism is us eating fly agaric mushrooms and datura and similar plants. Those plants also got most demonized and made out to be the most poisonous shit out there, while actually being quite mild on the scale of how poisonous plants can get, clearly a trace of Christianity rooting out paganism imho.
