I quit Benzos last July and also went sober in July and I've followed through cept for a few beers on new years eve. Cigarette consumption and faps per week is also at an all time low. Still, patting myself on the back for this shit is useless, even though I've gotten slightly healthier, my life situation only gets worse

Aye, those are common issues for sure, altho I've never managed to gain much weight and I seem to have surprisingly sturdy teeth. My biggest fear is getting beetus, I've started getting really sleepy and shit, I can feel something is going to go very wrong soon if I don't quit.
