At this point, your best bet may be to save up some money and move overseas. The cost of living in less developed parts of Asia can be ridiculously low. If you can still land an occasional contract every so often, you will have more than enough to support yourself in comfort indefinitely.
More importantly, stable white males with money are considered extremely attractive to the girls there. It will not be a problem to get GF, or a wife/family. The main barrier is learning the local language, which you sound smart enough to do.
