I once had a very nice conversation with an /a/non in a random thread and we both had reached the conclusion that for relationships to be there has to be someone reaching the other person, relationships cannot be with only one-sided interest. I really liked him so I gave him my mail to see if anything nice would come out of it. He mailed me the following day but for some reason I never mailed him back. He was nice, well spoken and we seemingly had similar tastes but despite that I never mailed him back that day, and then neither I did the following day nor the following day and when I realized it had been so long that not matter how much courage I had gathered mailing him at that point would have been embarrassing because of how long it took to reply him backit's been 3 months since then and every day I keep having this nagging feel. He has probably forgotten all about me, or worse, he was upset at me for never replying back. Specially considering he said in the mail that this was his first time trying to make friends here on /a/ and he hoped it went well.
