Who /tinnitus/ here?
>tfw this fucking annoying buzz inside my left ear doesn't stop, not even for a second
>tfw need constantly noise so i can try to continue function like a normal human being
>tfw dreaming about shooting my ear with a desert eagle

I do. It got severe enough for me to drive a pen in it, now I'm hard at hearing and still have that fucking ringing noise. It's a sick joke.
It comes and goes for me, usually happens at night. Makes sleeping very hard

The fucked up thing is that shooting your ear wouldn't even fix it because the sound is inside your head
>tfw can't enjoy music anymore because it just flares up the ringing in my ear
Fuck everything.
Just saw this:

Fucking hell, why i don't live in the UK?

It's bilateral for me, but yes. Mine is a high pitching ringing rather than a buzz, like the whine you'd hear on CRT screens. I never attended concerts or worked around heavy machinery even, just one weed whacker ran close to me for less than 30 seconds. Ambient noise or music is enough to allow me not to notice it. It also lets me know when I'm dehydrated - always gets much worse if I am.

Try not to get too excited. Notice the lack of the word cure, and not a mention if patients experienced a decrease in their perception of tinnitus. It also leaves open if it's a lifelong treatment.
I would be overjoyed with a cure, but your time is likely better spent on mindfulness meditation to just learn to cope with it effectively.

I use quiet ASMR videos and a fan in my bedroom to deal with that.
I wish i could kill you guys in your sleep. Life with tinnitus sounds like bullshit. I don't have it, but i sympathize.
But seriously anyone wants me to kill them?
OP, try this, it works for me.
Do it for about 20 seconds every couple of hours

What's the catch? Gonna fuck my still warm dead body?
I get erections when I think about my titinus
>get tinnitus sometimes
>close eyes and visualize a volume dial with numbers
>slowly turn it from 11 to 0
>tinnitus fades away as the dial goes down
Mine's quiet enough where I don't notice it unless I'm trying to go to sleep. When it flares up I get really stressed though.

There are certain websites which play a certain tone to negate your tinnitus you could try that.

I also was very surprised how well it worked for me.

Yeah i have it but not a buzz or ringing, sounds like the white noise you hear on a record before the song starts.
I can't sleep without a fan/air conditioner running.
I had it really bad for about 2 years and it progressively went away after giving my ears alot rest and not pushing the volume knob.
I guess I was lucky since it has died down alot. I dont know if it repaired it self, if my brain phase it out or if the ear cells just gave up and died.
Now I only notice it if my ears are tired after a long day in a noisey enviroment.
Now I have a pair of plugs on me anywhere I go, just in case I end up in a loud bar or club.
You guys have my sympathy.
