Simply walk around the store filling up one of their re-usable grocery bags, and then walk out. It doesn't look suspicious, because they expect you to take the bag to the checkout line. Stealing food has saved me hundreds of dollars per month. Just don't hit the same place too many times in a row, I recommend hitting a few local stores around you. If you want a big haul, go to a store that is further away, maybe in the next town over, and fill up a cart. It's that easy.
