Buy whole bean heirloom coffee, a burr grinder, and a french press. I recommend Ethiopian Sasaba because that shit tastes like grapes and roses and your fruity little "superpalate" will like the sweetness. Boil some water, grind the beans down to a coarse-to-medium size, pour the boiling water over the coffee, let sit for 4 minutes, then press the plunger down and enjoy.

Google it. Plenty of micro-roasters carry Ethiopian beans. I personally go through Anodyne Coffee (based out of Milwaukee), but there are plenty of online suppliers. Just make sure you don't buy green coffee beans, unless you're bold and feel like trying to roast your own beans.

Actually now that I think about it the Sasaba may be out of season. In any event, I still recommend a french press, burr grinder, and whole bean coffee if you want to give it a concerted effort. Plenty of online coffee markets will list specific flavor profiles for their beans, and you just have to hunt around for one that sounds good to you.
Just remember: darker roasts have bolder flavors (chocolate, smoke, very pronounced COFFEE flavor) but lower caffeine. These are usually the coffees that taste more "bitter." Lighter roasts are higher in caffeine but have more delicate flavor profiles (floral, citrus, berry/grape)
It took me three years to find Ethiopia Sasaba. Half of the fun in coffee is trying new things.
