The /toy/ one is considered a troll and it is pretty fucking stupid he said that in the first place. The mod who banned him will be a /toy/ mod and thus will like toys and has seen those kind of posts before. Not surprised.
As for the /x/ one, that should have been a ban for trolling, however the low quality note is due to mods having preset ban messages and times linked to them. So he just did a 24 hour ban instead of a 3 day global ban for trolling.

I could understand my post being removed and maybe getting a 1 hour ban or whatever, but the post I replied to, which was the unedited screencap, was also removed from the thread even though it pertained to the OP's topic. Then again, this was right after nipple mod's reign of terror ended, so maybe things have gotten better.
