I used to take a lot of photographs of things in the garden as a kid too, but stopped
Then later when Avatar: the Last Airbender came out and a family friend gifted me a book on meditation I really got into meditation and tai chi (both of which I dropped)

I think birds are cute and some plants look nice, in the biology department
and I feel good when I memorize stuff
I'm still somewhat interested in memory techniques like major system vs Dominic system, journey system, roman palace etc. to memorize numbers and lecture material but I never really put it to use
I used a mental journey to memorize the tree of green eukaryotes starting from archaeplastida and going to angiosperms etc. but that shit never came up in the exam anyway

Yeah, so you do have interests. To have an interest, you don't have to be crazy passionate about it, you just have to vaguely care. Not everyone plays a sport or makes baskets in their spare time.
Birds and plants are an interest, memory techniques are sort of an unconventional but cool thing to care about. And you do definitely like certain kinds of video games, which count as an interest. Maybe go to a botanical garden and look at cool plants or something. Try to join conversations with people in your biology classes, I bet they like some similar stuff.
