The person who cuts my hair has been doing it for over 10 years at this point so she knows my hair in and out, I just ask for the same thing I always get and occasionally make minor alterations. She's also been cutting both of my parents hair for decades, so we almost have a rapport. I still HATE going to get my hair cut because the whole experience is kind of inherently uncomfortable for me, but it's manageable.
