I eat ramen occasionally because it's kinda expensive where I'm at but I do like the taste (beef, pork and chicken #1). Probably really unhealthy though. I'm curious about doing something with noodles like adding meat, veggies etc using "normal" noodles bought at the store since they last longer and are generally cheaper. Any recipes you guys use? I sometimes see pictures of noodles in some kind of soup with pork eggs etc and it looks so damn good.

do what >>26555725 said but you can buy 'noodles' cheaper. some noodles have a different texture/thickness and slightly different taste.
easy way is just cook like stir fry... boil noodles and add in some salt then while theyre boiling, cook meat in a wok, remove after just done, add in some sesame oil or whatever oil you want to use, then add some onions and egg and cook, then add in vegetables (usually defrost in another pan while noodles are cooking), then add in noodles.
in a small cup mix in some sweet chilli, soy sauce, hoison sauce plus some spices, then pour that over with a spoon over the top with everything in then mix around everything in the wok and it's done.
thats not ramen but stir fry noodles. if you prefer 'ramen' without broth/soup then that would be better
if you prefer ramen with broth then cook some eggs or meat, boil noodles and add in spices (paprika, herbs, chilli, lemon, pepper, whatever)/sweet chilli/salt/garlic. could also use chicken/beef stock cubes too, which is pretty much what instant noodle seasoning is like. it's just broth thats been made then dehydrated. then add in vegetables like green onion, beans or whatever you want to add.
i don't know... noodles with meat in a broth/soup is harder imo because some soups have a 'texture' that makes them better (kind of like gravy or something), and getting the noodles right while sitting in the water plus the meat not getting too soaked etc.
just cook them and you'll get better at making and get a taste whats good and whats not. stir fry is easiest to make and tastes the best imo. only hard part is not burning to onions but you can just use green onions you add in at same time as vegetables instead. diced bacon is good for stir fry too
i usually save some of the packets of seasoning for cooking rice. i add them in when I boil rice
