For me personally it wasn't a particularly bad environment. I really liked the people and the managers. I managed hide my autistic tendencies from months of isolation during training to the point of almost becoming a normie.
But then it was just pure dread, the kind that gives you tunnel vision and that cold sinking pressure in your chest. You need to be on it constantly, high high targets and customers being shit and abusive. I couldn't multitask the phone call and the admin while adhering to security procedures and just looked around and thought I'd rather stay a NEET than do this every day.
tl;dr it's a job for a certain kind of person and chances are if you post here it's not for you, I don;t regret it and would still recommend trying.
