I'm scared of these withdrawals I seem to be going through. I've been drinking very heavily constantly for years, I knew it would catch up with me eventually. I guess I've never gone more then a few days without drinking so I never would've noticed. It's only been about 8 hours since I last drank and Im shaking uncontrollably. I'm scared because you can die from it apparently, hopefully that's rare though. But also it's rare for anyone to drink this heavily from such a young age
