The only Arabs I've met who were anything close to trustworthy were christian Lebanese.
Just as a comparison, there are christian communities in the USA that offer the same thing. Alcohol banned at the county level, drugs banned at federal level, porn socially banned and the church is the pillar of the community. Not really a fan of abrahamic religions in general, but if that's your thing then you have options.
The only reason you'd think the experience of a mosque is anything special is if you've never been exposed to a community in your entire life. With the state of Western society I can see how that could happen.
