I started sobersleeping after ten years of not and this is some wild stuff. Like it feels so weird to just lie down and fall asleep.
Do you guys just go to bed at the same time every day even if you aren't tired? What if you don't fall asleep? It sometimes takes like 24 hours at least for me to get tired enough to sleep now but then sometimes I can nap like only 8 hours after waking up so I'm obviously doing something wrong.
Like I'm sleeping and waking up randomly around the clock so it's really disorienting, time's all blending together and stuff too.
