Analogue act covers Schedules 1 and 2, Ketamine is schedule 3. New ket is an analogue of a schedule 3 compound so totally legal :) and you can take that to court

Not OP but the analogue act covers schedule ll and l while ketamine is schedule lll. So its perfectly legal but not legal to sell as a supplement, but the consumer cant get in trouble.
