If you're a young wageslave then yes. Once you hit 40, switch to a more conservative savings plain that won't disappear when the economy takes a shit. The interest plus social security garuntees a comfy life.
I put in $50 bucks a month, I'll switch once I hit $1000, then continue until I retire. I then spend the rest of my life in VR

>$429.56 checking
>$2500.05 savings
I'm also saving for nothing, just started a couple months ago. Once I hit $10,000 I'll open a high interest account.

Why are you so poor?
>debit ~300
>savings ~300
>credit 0
Once I get up to 2500, I'm quitting my job and becoming a NEET to pursue my dream in life (although I guess taking online Udemy classes to help me towards that dream doesn't make a NEET, does it...)
BofA doesn't charge fees if checking is 1500 minimum and savings 300 minimum. The extra 1000 will be a nest egg for cash-only expenses. Everything else will go on the credit card until I max it out, become homeless, and die a cold elongated death. Oh well. But at least I will have pursued my dream in life, so that's all that matters.
>$5000 checkings
It's mostly financial aid grants.
checkings ~$5000?
savings ~$25000?
I don't even know, I'm a neet living with mommy.
>tfw when 7k in credit card debt
I went through an unemployment stint, and the state wouldn't pay me unemployment at all. Bills still had to get paid, now I'll be paying off this cards until I die.
