What I am talking about, is if A wants to fuck B, B doesn't say no, but also doesn't give assumption of consent, then A fucks B. That is rape.
If B gives assumption of consent, starts getting fucked by A, then B changes its mind and doesn't want to fuck, but doesn't say no, then that is not rape.
