If self-congratulatory stuff like that doesn't work, I'd suggest either
a.) Taking a nap (works to reset yourself and feel fresh)
b.) Just sit somewhere and blast your favorite album at full volume and lose yourself in it
c.) Go on a drive if the previous two don't work, it'll distract you and give you a break.
Ultimately the more time you spend not thinking negative thoughts, the closer you are to making it out of this shit pit and toward somewhere better. You'll have to come back eventually but maybe you'll have grown a bit through that short "vacation" from feels.
Still, I feel the ultimate cure for a robot is human connection. Which is awfully hard-to-find and rare, yeah, but if you can find a group of friends who you feel a deep connection with that can inspire you to get off this board and make something of yourself, then there's nothing better. A gf could work too but non-romantic connections can make a difference also. Unfortunately you'd need a near-miracle to attain these sorts of connections as a robot.
