I'm a community support specialist for a supportive employment agency. We help developmentally disabled people find and keep jobs. I started college in 10th grade cuz the state pays for that. Got my AA degree, transferred to a private college, got scholarships and paid the rest by working nights at a rehab clinic. Graduated with my bachelors in social work and started working as a job coach, got promoted to CSS and am planning to start a masters program
Also I had crippling anxiety to the point of panic attacks and at one point attempted suicide, but I worked through that shit and now I'm pretty damn proud of myself for how far I've come
