Well so guys im 18 and i have noticed that im starting to loose hair.
What type of doctor should i go to or any medicine i should take?

Manlet is worse overall, you can work with bald, but being a bald manlet pretty much requires you to be fit or you will lose at life.

Shave it ASAP. You'll 100% percent look better shaving it and getting over and done with. Don't waste time and money or doctors, medicine or cures. You don't need to go bald, just get a number 2 or 3. Grow a neatly groomed beard if you can, it's a decent look.
