How much Xanax (Alprazolam) do you take daily, /r9k/?
In recent days i upgraded from 3mg to 4mg because the addiction is increasing.
I will be soon switching to anti-anxiety meds that don't cause such addiction tho.

That's why my doctor prescribes both Xanax and another medication that doesn't cause addiction so I can gradually (within at least a month) reduce Xanax dosage and fully switch to the new meds.
Recently he prescribed Buronil, but that shit makes me sleepy, so I can't work, so I'm sticking to Xanax for now. Let's see what he'll prescribe after 2 weeks when I'll run out of Xanax.

I'm on .5mg a day, I weened myself down from 3mg a day without telling my Dr, so he still writes me a script for the full 3mg every 3 months.
coming down off the Prozac was harder, but I went from 80mg to 0, the withdrawal was hell for the last 20mg though. I almost ran off the road a lot while driving

I got taken off my anti anxiety meds because psych ward stints but i have a shitload saved up from over the years so im just taking those. I would buy them online if I could find a source of income. Just fucking kill me, they hardly even do shit for me anymore

i spent a month visiting psych ward in hopes of getting rid of the anxiety. talked to various therapists almost every day, explained all the details of my past traumas etc., but, still, the anxiety remains.
i plan to start visiting psychotherapist to find root cause in my subconsciousness and try to deal with it, so i can overcome the anxiety.
in my country i can visit respectable psychiatrist for free in a polyclinic and he prescribes whatever medication i need whenever.
